Digital Document Accessibility Training

Technology Services is now offering Digital Document Accessibility Training. This one-hour training is offered in person and on Zoom. The Office of Digital Accessibility (ODA) will provide an understanding of digital document accessibility fundamentals. An exercise will be provided at the end of the training to verify knowledge of the tools and skills learned. Attending this training is required to maintain access to the documents folder on the OMNI CMS platform by the end of June 2024.

Spring 2024 Training Schedule:

Mondays: 10am and 3pm

Tuesday/Thursday: 10am and 2pm

In addition to this, 1:1 sessions are available for those who would like to learn more. When attending the training an Adobe Acrobat Pro account is needed, please give enough time to request an account before your training time.

Nope! You will only lose access to the documents folder to upload files.

We are always here to help! This training is to provide the fundamental tools and skills for creating an accessible document. We know you will not be an expert and are here to help with remediating any documents to meet the accessibility standards as they come up.

Adobe Acrobat Pro is an Adobe Creative Cloud software used for creating and editing PDFs.
