The goal is to improve efficiency, accessibility, collaboration, and overall student experience. 

Our initiatives are driven by a commitment to continuous improvement and the pursuit of excellence. Through a dynamic process of ideation, we actively engage with stakeholders to identify challenges, explore opportunities, and develop innovative solutions that enhance the educational experience. By embodying Agile principles and practices, the Cross-Functional Agile team for digital transformation is adaptive, collaborative, and focused on delivering incremental value for the success of digital transformation initiatives.  The team will effectively navigate the complexities of digital transformation and respond to changing requirements with resilience and innovation.

    • Leverage APIs as a foundational element to achieve agility, connectivity, and innovation within an organization to power its vision for a connected campus and support its diverse integration, data governance and API management needs.
  • DevOP
    • Enhance agility, collaboration, and efficiency in the development, deployment, and management of digital solutions.  Establish DevOps Campus Application team to break down silos between development and operations teams, fostering collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Data Governance
    • Implementing robust data governance practices ensures that the institution can make informed decisions, comply with regulations, and maintain the trust of students, faculty, and stakeholders. It also supports the effective use of data for academic research, reporting, and strategic planning.   Data governance for Digital Transformation is essential for ensuring the effective management, quality, security, and compliance of data across academic and administrative functions.

CRM

  • Purpose:  Student CRM (Customer Relationship Management) providing tools to streamline communication, enrollment processes, and student engagement.
