Technical Lead Analyst

Serving as the Technical Lead Analyst in the Campus Applications Group at Fresno State, John has played a major role in the development and support of multiple enterprise-level systems used across campus. Throughout his 20 years working at the campus, John has shown his commitmentto this role, and has helped Fresno State improve in several services that Technology Services provide.

These include the following application areas: Onbase Systems Administrator, Transact Systems Administrator and Peoplesoft Technical Analyst.

John has gained valuable insight and business knowledge across systems and integration points between those systems. John is dedicated with sharing his knowledge and experience with newer team members,and he continues to strive for the implementation of Technological-based systems which provide a good return on investment for Student Success as well as the Campus Community, in general.
