Welcome to the Technology Service Desk

The Technology Service Desk serves as the campus' primary support hub for Technology Services, offering initial assistance via phone, online ticketing, and walk-in support to the entire campus community. Other functions include call routing, dispatch for technology-related support requests, and support service management operations.

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
