    • Keep in mind that the touch keyboard will reveal your password so make sure you are not displaying your monitor screen

Classrooms are equipped with two different types of Instructor Stations controllers, digital or push button. Depending on the type of controller in the classroom, go to the instructions page for the appropriate controller. Page 11-13 is for digital control panels and pages 14-15 are for Extron control panels.

When the Pgm On Screen is Blue, this means that what is on your computer screen is not being displayed in the classroom.

When the Zoom on Screen is Red, this means that the information on your computer screen is being displayed on the classroom screen. This becomes very important when you’re entering your username and password because anyone in the classroom can see your information. Therefore, you want to have the Pgm On Screen in Blue clicked.
