Campus Applications & Software

Not sure which software is available to you? Need help accessing a university application or a tool required for your course or research?

This service covers the software and applications available to students, faculty, and staff — including enterprise systems, departmental tools, and instructional software. Licenses are centrally managed so eligible software is available at no cost, and support is provided when an application is not working as expected.

Accessibility

Need to make your course materials, documents, or digital content accessible to everyone? Not sure if a university application or website meets accessibility requirements?

This service supports students, faculty, and staff in making digital content and technology accessible for all campus users, including those with disabilities. We provide accessibility reviews, remediation support, training, and guidance to help meet ADA and Section 508 requirements.

End User Devices & Hardware

Having trouble with your computer, printer, or other device? Need to set up or replace university-issued equipment?

This service supports the computing devices used by students, faculty, and staff — including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. We handle device setup, maintenance, repairs, and end-of-life replacement to keep your equipment reliable.

Data Integration, ERP (PeopleSoft), and Business Intelligence (BI)

Need access to your class schedule, financial aid, payroll, or HR records? 

These services are delivered through the university’s core platforms, including PeopleSoft, data integration services, and business intelligence systems that keep the university running.
This service supports the university’s core enterprise data integration services and application systems, such as Boomi, PeopleSoft, and business intelligence platforms. Together, these services connect, manage, and deliver key campus information across Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Student Information. This service manages university accounts and system access for students, faculty, and staff.
