Service Desk

The Service Desk serves as the campus' primary support hub for Technology Services, offering initial assistance via phone, online, and email to the entire campus community. Other functions include call routing, dispatching technology-related support requests, and supporting service management operations. Technology and Purchases

Technology Services provides baseline recommendations on technology equipment on campus, including computer workstations, faculty laptops, and smart classroom equipment. Technology Services works collaboratively with the Academic Information Technology (AIT), campus purchasing and various other campus entities to ensure that campus technology equipment stays current and useful. Current campus standards can be found here.

College & Divisional Liaisons 

An IT Liaison is the on-site presence to provide a response to service requests within a College, School or Division for those matters where the Service Desk cannot directly provide support. An IT Liaison is available to faculty, staff and students in the College, School or Division to provide on-site consultation, and coordinate the response of central IT resources for service requests within a College, School or Division. IT Liaisons seek to deliver IT services in a manner that is aligned with the priorities and practices of the central IT and the College, School or Division.
