Graduated Students
Find out what happens to your access to campus related IT resources once you have graduated from CSUF. Most services will remain active for nine months after you graduated and last attended classes at CSUF. There are some exceptions based on the service. Refer to the specific sections below for more details.
Student Email (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slides, etc.)
Student emails are deactivated one year after last active enrollment or one year after graduation. We do not provide permanent alumni email accounts.
It is important for you to work on transferring your data and emails to a personal account before or soon after your expected graduation date.

Student Email Expiration
Office 365 (also Office Online and OneDrive)
Your Office 365 Education account will expire three weeks after the end of the semester in which you graduate or if you leave the University. Once deactivated, your Office 365 applications will have reduced-functionality, which means that you will only be able view documents, but you cannot edit or create new documents.
Online services such as Office Online and OneDrive will no longer work as they are also associated with your Fresno State account.
You may elect to purchase an Office 365 Personal license directly from Microsoft to continue using Office 365 applications
Microsoft Office
Adobe Creative Cloud
Once you have graduated, your Adobe Creative Cloud license will expire one year after the initial purchase date, which will vary for each student. Once your account has expired you will need to transfer your files or sign up for a personal Adobe ID and transfer your assets to your personal account.
Plans and Pricing
Zoom
Zoom accounts expire 3 days after the end of the semester in which you graduate or if you leave the University.
This will affect your ability to access cloud recordings and scheduled meetings as you will no longer be able to log in using your Fresno State email.
To avoid losing information, you may choose to download recordings directly from Zoom and store them on your computer.
Apporto
Apporto accounts will expire 3 days after the end of the semester in which you graduate or if you leave the University.
Box
Box accounts will expire 1 calendar year after graduation or if you leave the University.
Panopto
Panopto accounts will expire 3 days after the end of the semester in which you graduate or if you leave the University.
Canvas
Canvas accounts will expire 3 days after the end of the semester in which you graduate or if you leave the University.
