Center of Digital Transformation (CDX)
The Center of Digital Transformation at Fresno State provides students with hands-on learning experiences with the current and emerging transformative technologies. Here, students can gain a holistic understanding of how technology innovation and cybersecurity are interconnected in today's digital landscape. They can also develop a diverse set of skills that are highly sought after in the workforce, preparing them for successful careers in fields related to digital transformation in the areas of innovation and cybersecurity.
Innovation Hub (DXIHub) serves as a space where students can explore emerging technologies, brainstorm ideas, and collaborate on transformative projects. Students interns will:
- participate in workshops, hackathons, and design sprints to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems;
- get access to mentors and industry experts can help students refine their ideas and gain insights into the latest trends in digital transformation;
- through project-based learning, students can develop critical skills such as creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Cybersecurity Hub (WITH Cyber) provides students with hands-on experience in defending against cyber threats and securing digital assets. Student interns will:
- learn about various cybersecurity concepts, tools, and techniques through interactive simulations and practical exercises;
- participate in the workshops and training sessions led by cybersecurity professionals can help students understand the importance of cybersecurity best practices and compliance regulations;
- engage in cybersecurity challenges and competitions can allow students to apply their skills in real-world scenarios and enhance their ability to detect, prevent, and respond to cyber attacks.
